Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as your order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our furniture pieces are handmade to a very high standard of craftsmanship. As a result, each item is individually crafted to ensure the highest quality, which means shipping times will reflect this attention to detail.

Delivery times to the US and international destinations usually take 8-10 weeks. However, shipping times may vary depending on the item and time of year. Please allow additional time if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to situations beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics). If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as it becomes available. You will be notified via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package every step of the way.

On behalf of everyone at House of Artisano, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. The health and safety of our employees and customers remain our top priority. As a small family-owned business, we are continuing to process and ship orders while adhering to safety guidelines. We are practicing social distancing, frequent handwashing, and sanitizing all equipment and products to ensure the safety and cleanliness of every item shipped.

Due to these precautionary measures, there may occasionally be delays in the delivery of packages. We guarantee that you will receive your parcel, but if it is affected by a delay, we kindly ask for your understanding.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

House of Artisano is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or taxes, or if it is marked as "Return to Sender," we will refund the cost of the product but retain the shipping charges.


Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email it to us at info@houseofartisano.com or use our Contact Us form right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
